Water, wind and fire, three powerful elements mankind couldn’t live without. They support all life systems in the universe, we couldn’t survive without them.Yet at times they can also be destructive and castoprohic. It is this dual nature that fascinates me .As a biblical scholar the scriptures expound on these elements.

In Noah’s time God used the water to destroy the earth. We have all seen images of water at her worst. The recent tsunamis, their imprint still fresh in our minds, ever seen a flash flood.I have seen a normal river in the Caribbean swollen way above its banks in minutes from the rushing water.Hint hint…. something I’m working on.

I have decided to embrace my passion, I’m just going to write.Check back soon my readers, thanks for the support.Peace!

Father I thank you for this day that you have made.
I will rejoice and be glad in it.
You are the creator of everything in the universe.
There is none like you my God.
Who is like my God?
Who ushers in the seasons?
Who renews hope?
Who brings life to dead situations?
You are a god of second chances.
Mighty in battle, and in the pulling down of strongholds.
A god of deliverance, you set the captives free.
I give all my praises to you.
I bless your holy name.
You are not like man, you change not oh God.

I pray for all the nations worldwide.
For your grace and strength to persevere in the coming months.
I decree and declare that your righteousness must prevail in the earth.
For your word declares that righteousness exalteth a nation but sin is a reproach to every man.
Let your glory be revealed in all the nations.
Let your sons and daughters arise to exalt and praise your matchless name.
Most holy father we glorify you, we adore you, we worship you in spirit and in truth.
We acknowledge that you are god alone!

Some thoughts!

It’s been a while since I blogged.Lots going on as usual but I’m alive and well, last time I checked my mental faculties are still in order thank God for that. Many of my readers have asked if I’m still writing,Yes I’m happy to report.

For me disclosing personal information is like walking a tightrope, there is an element of risk always in any undertaking. That being said, I don’t think any writer can come to the profession without leaving something of themselves.Maybe a thumbprint or a footprint, but something always stays behind. What does a writer, want to accomplish is the big question?

I always aim to do more but I’m limited by many factors including finances, time, familial obligations etc and the list goes on.This is not a complaint but it’s the reality of my existence.I’m happiest when I’m creating. It is in that doing, creating or becoming an agitator that brings about change.

Hey,I’m back writing, being philosophical, poetic, treading on hollowed grounds( joining the ranks) of the ones who have gone before me.Writing is indeed grand!
