Death Valley

  • Time without beginning or end; infinite time.
  • The state or quality of being eternal.
  •  The timeless state following death.
  •  The afterlife; immortality.
  •  A very long or seemingly endless time:

“Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart; but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end” Ecclesiastes 3:11

Every generation and culture that has ever walked the earth believes in some aspect of this concept. So where did it come from? I chose the scripture verse above because, I believe it speaks to the connection that we already have with eternity. Something has been deposited on our inside, which forces us to grasp the reality, that there exists a place, outside the realm of human comprehension. Eternity is relatively unknown, as I said earlier, some things are mysteries, and revelations of the mysterious are to be earned. We imagine many stories and theories of what we think eternity will be like. Personally, I think eternity will be the most sublime of all experiences.

The Bible has quite a lot to say on the subject, but what is most striking is the dual states it presents. We pass from life into death and eternity, eternity is unknown, largely because it is a place that many never return from and thirdly it is portrayed as a reward based on how we lived our lives on earth. So if eternity is a reward, earth is the preparation center. Whenever we are journeying, we always take some time to prepare ourselves and take with us the things we will need for our trip. Once we have entered into eternity there is no coming back, what you left behind, stays behind. People get rewarded for both good and bad behaviors in the earth realm; eternity seems to be a similar idea because we are told of two locations, Heaven and Hell. Since these states exist independent of time, we too must undergo change as we exit the realm where time operates and influence our actions. William Blake said To see the world in a grain of sand, and to see heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hands, and eternity in an hour. Here the poet captures the essence of the thread of my musings.

The bible teaches that Eternity is a place like no other, the trials and problems of living in the earth realm will be no more. Living and death is interconnected. We must pass from one state to the other. I have mentioned before that death has meaning, life has meaning; they are two states of being.Time affects us all, as we can clearly see the aging process; occurring right before our eyes. From what the Bible teaches eternity will be a beautiful time for those who have prepared themselves to journey there.

Sexuality a blessing or a curse

Many times in society we find ourselves tiptoeing around the sensitive subject of sexuality. Our very natures demand that we express our love in the most intimate ways possible.Human beings respond best to stimuli’s whether they be internal or external stimuli. Our senses are direct pathways that aid and abet the processes that occur in all of us. We know the five recognized senses are sight (ophthalmoception), hearing (audioception), taste (gustaoception), smell (olfacoception or olfacception), and touch (tactioception). I’m saying we have our senses to thank for the many wonderful things we enjoy in life. For example the beauty and enjoyment found in nature, our favorite foods, certain smells that give us pleasure and even recognizing the unique smell of our loved ones. Sexuality is another very gratifying way in which we can enjoy and express the senses. We can’t deny the fact that we need physical pleasure our bodies were designed for it and our environment supports it. Hugs, smiles and kisses are known to alter our moods dramatically. Sexuality encompasses a wide range of emotional stimuli, even during the courting stage of the relationship. Stripped to its bare basics and for all intent and purposes the whole activity seems bent on producing pleasure for those involved. This leads me to think that this is a gift, and what a beautiful gift it is indeed.

The Flirtation

So as I ponder this topic some questions demand answers and solutions. I write on matters pertaining to spirituality. Sex is spiritual in nature, whether you believe it to be so is irrelevant. Everything pertaining to our lives and spiritual nature is mentioned in the Holy Bible; therefore sex is a spiritual activity. Who should engage in the act? What is sexuality? Where did it come from? Is it merely a means to an end? Why does it always involve partnership? The full expression of the sexual act always involves two parties and that’s the definition I’m sticking with.

What is sexuality?

  • We know it is an activity shared by most species on the planet
  • Human sexuality is the capacity to have erotic (sexual) experiences and responses. Human sexuality can also refer to the way someone is sexually attracted to another person ( a basic definition but this will suffice)

We must remember that we are living in a fallen world, before mans fall everything operated in divine order. Sex according to Gods plan is in the confines of marriage and a committed relationship. “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh” Genesis 2:24. Earlier on I said this activity that man enjoys so much is a gift. Our heavenly father likes to gives us gifts, they only work well when we obey his instruction concerning their use though. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights…” James 1:17.Maybe we should start paying close attention to when he speaks because some of the things we have brought upon ourselves could have been avoided, myself included. Sexual intercourse between the bonds of marriage is a pleasurable act of consummation between two committed individuals. God has ordained that we “[be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it]” Genesis 1:28.

RED ROSES

Three powerful concepts I want to bring to your attention. Two flesh becomes one flesh through joining, this signifies almost legal language because the two becoming one it is a type of binding. It suggests a type of contract, partnership whatever you want to call it. You don’t enter into these lightly, do you now?  Secondly he says that we should be fruitful and multiply, so the sexual act is a means whereby this command is carried out and thirdly we are told to subdue the earth. God wanted man to rule and dominate the earth. So we can come to an understanding that the sexual act in itself is not one to be taken lightly. Something that looks so easy from the outside is not so simple when you take it apart and examine it, many layers start to reveal themselves. Wow!

Adam and Eve by Peter Paul Rubens

Adam and Eve by Peter Paul Rubens

Some nights ago I went to church; my bishop was speaking on grace. You know I’ve heard many teachings about the grace of God before but I never really received it. My spirit wasn’t ready back then to process this all important and necessary information. You see in a sense mankind betrayed God. Adam and Eve was given everything they needed, life was good in the garden. They messed up by being disobedient, that was not all though, Genesis 3:8-10 tells us “Where are you?” So he said, I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself. Adam and Eve were terrified because they knew exactly what they had done; their eyes had been opened to their sin. They did not repent but instead they hid and that is what brought the wrath of God down on mankind.

You see God grace is always present, we know when we mess up, we know when we do wrong but we hide it. Sweep it under the rug and go on as if nothing has happened. Even in the present state of affairs on the earth we pretend that nothing is wrong. God is saying my grace is sufficient mankind, come back to me and I will heal and forgive your land. We are saying, ‘no let me try this, let me do that, maybe this solution will work this time.’  While the noose is ever tightening about our necks we dilly dally and play with God. I am fascinated by Adam and Eve lives, and the choices they made. I do believe God was really angry with Adam, why did they not ask for forgiveness? I said in a previous piece that Adam lived to be over 900 years old, nowhere do we have mention of him accomplishing anything other than being a dad. Wow..!  My opinion again but I do believe God felt terribly hurt and saddened by their behavior. You and I are no different, we treat God as if he is the creation and we are in control. We try to reverse the roles, we need him but we pretend that we don’t. When mankind rejects God confusion reigns, how did we arrive at the present level of chaos and confusion we see in every nation and community on the earth today? I digress back to grace.

This walk with God has levels, my goodness. I think sometimes many ministers and teachers of the gospel make the erroneous assumption that everyone is at the same level of maturity. Some important elements of the Christian faith have to be broken down to the bare basics so everyone can understand more fully. In the back of my mind I had acknowledged this grace aspect but it wasn’t immediately real to me. God had to prove it to me, my my…! Since last night the Holy Spirit has been dealing with me on this topic. I finally get what this grace is supposed to mean. I have had more than my share of life troubles which have forced me to go looking for solutions in diverse places (not what you thinking). I have prayed every prayer known to man and still I was not seeing some of my burdens lifted. Much despair, much pain, much sorrow later I finally get it now. Living holy, being prayerful, going to church, worshiping, giving of tithes and offering are all necessary prerequisites to being a Christian. After all that is what God admonishes us to do in our walk with him? There is a but though, it’s by Gods grace and mercy alone some things will change in our lives.

Some of us lack a proper understanding of the grace impartation. Your efforts and your work are not qualifiers to grace; God gives the grace not mankind. Grace essentially means to acquire something that you do not deserve; it is also called by another name unmerited favor. God will pardon and have mercy on us if we cry out to him. Sometimes he will interceded and save us but he will always require us to do something in response ourselves. We can blame Adam and Eve all we want, but before we do we must understand some qualities about God. He knew that Adam and Eve would sin and he allowed it. Have you ever thought why he did that? Many times we don’t get that God is a paradox. He requires all of us to seek him for ourselves. There are some things we will never understand about him, get used to that aspect about him folks he is sovereign not your little boy or girl or woman. God is merciful to us every day. He does not need us you know he can get anything in creation to worship and obey him. I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out” Luke 19:40.

Mercy means that we do not get the punishment that we deserve. God is abundant in compassion, grace mercy and forbearance. God’s greatest act of grace is sending Jesus down to die to save man from his sinful ways. Salvation is by faith, you must believe on Jesus to be saved. “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” John 3:36.Salvation is God’s gift to mankind, once received God himself will start the process of renewing you and put you on the pathway to eternal life. It’s all God’s will. Recently, as many of you know, I lost my sister. I prayed for her so much before she passed, and in the end I said God, why? The Bible says “naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD” Job 1”21. We don’t always want to accept God’s will, for reasons known only to him he allows something’s we find abhorrent to happen to us.

I’m not trying to use my faith to justify my sisters passing or any aspect of my life. The things I’m being led to take on I don’t necessarily run to them. I’m driven to do this work because it’s being deposited in my spirit. I always want to be truthful with people, when I don’t comply with God’s wishes I always end up in trouble. Disobedience has brought many troubles my way, so I have decided to do his work whether I like it or not I submit. I live what I teach. What I want the reader to take away is this? If you do all that God asks and you become frustrated because you don’t see the results of your effort.
Remember this scripture And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you” 1 Peter 5:10. God is faithful but we must share in the sufferings of Christ “For you did not receive the spirit of slavery leading again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself bears witness to our spirit that we are God’s children.  And if children, then heirs (namely, heirs of God and also fellow heirs with Christ) if indeed we suffer with him so we may also be glorified with him” Romans 8:15-22.keep going along the path God has chosen for you. He will deliver you someday or maybe he won’t it’s his will to do so.This is very hard for many to grasp about the God we are being taught about. Life is not easy for no one, but some go through more trials, many times because of spiritual wickedness in high places, but God promises “that no good thing will he with hold from those that walk uprightly” Psalm 84:11.

This is a very serious hour for mankind get to know the God of grace and mercy.

Scriptures on Grace:

Different applications of the grace impartation

2 Corinthians 12:8-9 Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

 Powerful Grace:

John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Acts 4:33 And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.

Acts 6:8 And Stephen, full of grace and power, was doing great wonders and signs among the people.

Acts 11:22-24 The report of this came to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to Antioch. When he came and saw the grace of God, he was glad, and he exhorted them all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose, for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord.

Acts 14:1-3 Now at Iconium they entered together into the Jewish synagogue and spoke in such a way that a great number of both Jews and Greeks believed. But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers. So they remained for a long time, speaking boldly for the Lord, who bore witness to the word of his grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

Receiving Grace:

John 1:15-17 (John bore witness about him, and cried out, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because he was before me.’”) And from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ

Of course there are other scriptures on grace. Be blessed today!

When we lose focus God is always so gracious to bring us back into divine alignment that is if we are obedient. He always sends someone with a rhema word to speak into our spirits. I’m grateful to be back on purpose this morning. This season is a time where many shakings are continuing and evil assignments are being hatched. Children of God who pray, tithe, stay in divine alignment and worship the living God have nothing to fear though. God resources are vast; and there is nothing he can’t do “For with God nothing shall be impossible “Luke 1:37.

We are dealing with individuals who are very wicked in their hearts. Jeremiah warns us “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it” Jeremiah 17:9? God alone knows the thoughts of the heart (1 Corinthians 2:11).The Bible is letting us know that the heart of man is desperately wicked; there is no other entity that is so wicked. You can’t tell what a man is thinking or plotting in his heart. When you want to know about a product you go to the manufacturer of that product to get information, whether its in the product pamphlet or by calling the hotline. If God who is mans creator say man’s heart is wicked? Who are you and I to say otherwise.

English: The Earth was corrupt before God and ...

English: The Earth was corrupt before God and filled with violence, as in Genesis 6:5: “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”; illustration from the 1728 Figures de la Bible; illustrated by Gerard Hoet (1648–1733) and others, and published by P. de Hondt in The Hague; image courtesy Bizzell Bible Collection, University of Oklahoma Libraries (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Let’s look at Genesis 6:6-8 “And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.”

God himself has said that he regretted making mankind because of their continual wickedness. Some things we know about God’s character, he values his words above everything else. “Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away” Luke 21:33.So when God says his heart is grieved, he is not saying that lightly. The word repent here is interesting, the basic definition of repent is to turn from sin. We know God cannot sin because he is holy. So God is saying something else about repenting, to understand the Bible we have to take words literally and study them.

 Repent:

  • to turn from sin and dedicate oneself to the amendment of one’s life
  • to feel regret or contrition
  • to change one’s mind
  • to feel sorrow, regret, for what we have done

Our loving heavenly father has said he regretted making us because of our wicked ways; he has been calling us to change from the beginning of time. Ever thought what would have happened if Adam repented of his sins? There is a but though, “But Noah found grace in the sight of God.” God always leaves a remnant for himself, he will always raise up a Moses, an Abraham, a Joseph, a Daniel, a Noah and a Deborah because he loves us so much even if we don’t deserve his mercy and kindness.

The carnal man is wicked in his heart because he has not been regenerated by the Holy Spirit. We can’t walk righteously without Gods help. Our works won’t do it, the bible declares that even our perceived “righteousness is like filthy rags” Isaiah 64:6. Wickedness has become pervasive throughout every strata of society you can’t escape from it. It’s prevalent in every institution known to man, our schools, homes, social networks, churches, government and hospitals. What do all these places have in common? The common element is man; man is the problem, not the institutions or place. So who must change? It’s you and I, man? God does not have a problem; he is trying to help man solve his problems.

There is one adversary since from the beginning of time that is helping mankind to rebel against God. You see this adversary hates with a passion, he tasted glory but now he will never have it again. We are told he was kicked out from heaven, he rebelled first,(1John 3:8) he is trying to get you to disobey God because he wants you to die in your sin and trespasses. I liken Satan to a man who has contracted aids. That man knows he is about to die, he is so wicked that he goes and spreads the virus around knowingly because he wants to destroy other lives. This is sheer madness, and that’s how Satan operates. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly “John 10:10. You can take Jesus at his word; I’m living proof of that. My life has been characterized by a series of crisis that has no basis in reality. Some of the issues I have faced have been of the mysterious kind; one can surmise then that they are of a spiritual nature.

One cannot discern wickedness by looking into someone’s face or eyes. It is much more subtle that that, it is hidden inside the heart. God knows the creatures he made; he alone can look into their hearts and convict them of their sins. What God does when he sends the prophet or his ministers is to remind man of his word and to repent. When a person’s cup of iniquity runs over God will pronounce judgment on such a person.

Do you know how many burial grounds are littered with people who have been destroyed by others? These people think they have gotten away with their evil and secret deeds. Aha, they should think again, there is coming a day when that book is going to be open and every man will be judged, oh yes it is coming .Not even Satan himself can stop it from happening. You see the child of God should never fear Satan, God has his ways of bringing about our deliverance, as long as we obey him. There are divisions of wickedness, I have experienced some of them myself but by the mercy and grace of God I’m here to give God unending praise.

Purpose: The reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.
Destiny:the events that will necessarily happen to a particular person or thing in the future. The hidden power believed to control what will happen in the future; fate.

It’s possible to know God and still fail in life. Sin and disobedience wreaks havoc on a man’s ultimate purpose. Our destiny requires some decision-making on our part, we must choose some things. Biblical examples include, Sampson, King David, Joseph, Daniel and Adam among many others. When we experience failure, how we move forward is determined to some extent by our choices .Sometimes we have to motivate ourselves, to keep on going. All of the above examples met with failure at some point in their lives, it’s their attitude that determined the final outcome. If you are not sure who you are any prevailing will blow you in any direction. Most of you are young and everything looks good now; generally the young never prepare for their future and I’m not just speaking financially. Some of the relationships you refuse to abort; some of those friendships you are involved in currently will ultimately destroy you. Many hear of relationships and they think family or loved ones. Hey what about business, church, groups, clubs, social media and the list is exhaustive.

Many people never take the time to reason or evaluate situations for themselves. I want to show you an example with the first couple. Before I do though I want to caution some of you, God has warned you before but you have not listened. Judas was appointed to be the betrayer, of Jesus “while I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled” John 17:12 There are some things in the spirit that we will never understand. Everything God made has ears; even the mountains read Matthew 21: 21. Jesus spoke to the fig tree and it dried up, why? The fig tree heard him speak the command. The morning has ears; the universe is in constant communication with its creator. There are really no secrets, when you think about the things of the spirit. To some of you this might sound way off, but how would you know, you’ve never invested time with God. Some of you might say a person doesn’t have an official title don’t worry, its religion speaking. Did most of the people in the Bible have a title? When God chooses it’s obvious. God has his ways of doing things; he uses things that might seem foolish to you.

Someone might look insignificant to you but you don’t know why God has chosen them to do his work. I read a true story recently this associate pastor saw the general pastor stealing funds from his church, and one day he tried the same thing. The Holy Spirit convicted him immediately .The associate Pastor response “was well so and so was doing it”. The Holy Spirit said to him,” that man has already gotten his reward on earth.” “You have a different calling” so the man repented of his sins. Even in the body of Christ there are some individuals who are there for a specific reason, they are the ones God will use like Judas to bring about his ultimate purpose. Why these individuals behave in such a fashion if Jesus came to redeem the whole of mankind? The problem originates in people’s hearts, who knows hearts only the Lord does? Some pastors are not on their way to heaven, it’s the truth and we know it. If you study the good book you’ll find this out for yourself. And Jesus said “then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” Matthew 7:23. We serve the same God oh I take my pursuit of God seriously.

Adam did not know who he was; his major mistake was that he suffered from an identity crisis. He couldn’t teach Eve what he didn’t understand. God had given him everything he ever needed. When you have to scrape and fight and claw your way to get something from God you appreciate it when he finally gives it to you or you are a fool. Like Jacob his life had been characterized by struggle it came to a head when he wrestled with the angel. “He struggled with the angel and finally overcame him; he wept and begged for favor” Hosea 12:3-4.Adam loved his wife to distraction, like many men love and lust can render them unstable and unbalanced. Do you know that Adam failed in his life’s purpose; the real shame is that he lived to be 930 years. “And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died” Genesis 5:5.

The Bible never told us that Adam accomplished anything other than becoming a father after his exit from Eden. Do we get how much 930 years is, contemporary man has never lived to see these ages. God pronounced death on Adam and his wife,” But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” Genesis 2:17.From the day they disobeyed they were the walking dead. Imagine 930 years on the earth and he has accomplished nothing. You guys want to play with God, go ahead.

Death doesn’t always mean actual dying, God has many ways of killing a man yet he lives. Can you imagine how frustrated and unfulfilled Adam must have felt at the end of his life? Recent tragedies of individuals who have attained lofty heights are still on the periphery of our minds. Do you know who else played with God? Original bad boy, he has been sentenced to roam for ever until that day he burns in hell fire. Need I say more, God is a being, he has a presence, he is the creator of heaven and earth and all that dwells within them, and he is the king of all spirits. You can’t outsmart him; I dare you to try, if Lucifer didn’t win, what are your chances? Peace and blessings!

Realm : is a community or territory over which a sovereign rules; it is commonly used to describe a kingdom or other monarchical or dynastic state.

We live in the physical realm.Physical refers to the things which we can see and touch, tangible real .Evidence for other realms, firstly death no one ever comes back from wherever they go.If one thinks on how we came to be ? The whole process whereby a human being is formed and then born. When we think about it, this period from  conception to birth it’s really a mysterious occurrence. We must understand the existence of life and death before man studied and labeled them as bodily process under the guise of science. The earth houses dead things, yet it brings forth life.More evidence for realms include the whole galaxy and beyond. What I’m trying to do here is mostly  argue the existence of God.He is real and we should open our minds and hearts to receive him.Life and living entails more than what we see before us.Mankind started studying and we came to an understanding or some  knowledge of these systems. There is much that we don’t know and probably will never know. All I’m saying is that we must  ponder things, many of us like to be forced fed.Think for yourself, that’s why we have been given a brain. Our mind really gives us the freedom to be who we were ultimately meant to be. Ask God to show himself and he will.I think contemporary man is sometimes arrogant in the sense that we believe we have a monopoly on knowledge and wisdom. The supernatural realm controls the physical.Take for example the occurrence of wind, rain, storms and the devastation they cause when they attack. After living on the earth for thousands of years we are no where close to controlling these elements. That tells me something about their nature, hmm…I don’t necessarily think we should throw science out the door I love the study of science and what it has done for us but we are naive to think there is no God. The realm I want to present to you is the supernatural realm. It is real, people and that I believe is my life’s work to share as I learn. Many of us are on different paths in our spiritual journey. Wherever  you are is a wonderful testament to the power of the living God.As our awareness rises the world will become a better place.

I love to study the Holy Bible, its one of my all time favorite.Earlier I presented the physical realm and then I gave evidence for the supernatural or spiritual realm. One could say this realm is shrouded in mystery because we can’t see it and also because we don’t know a lot about it. I think at this time God is opening up himself and this realm in new ways to us.The only individual or being we are told who has ever gone successfully between the two realms is Jesus the Christ. He is the force that connects the two,he is in fact the model for all mankind. In subsequent posts I would like to share who  Jesus is.When mankind falls away from God he always sends messengers to bring them back, that’s how he has always done it.One important qualifier we must in remember in reference to God is that  God is a spirit , he is also a paradox  meaning that your logical and well-ordered brain will reject God every time.So to tie in the realms, we know by dentition that they are ruled by a sovereign. Which means that God is in charge in his realm (Heaven) you know who is in charge on the earth ( the physical realm) you and I mankind. What we allow down here God allows. We have been given delegated authority to rule.God’s word”And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth” Genesis 1:28.
Be blessed today!

Dominion:
– control or the exercise of control; sovereignty:
– A territory or sphere of influence or control; a realm.

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth” Genesis 1:26.

God intended for man to rule on the earth.Man is indeed a special creation, made in the likeness of God.
